Taught by an experienced pediatric therapist, instruction is tailored to each child's skill level and learning style. Individual instruction in very small groups. Beginner and Advanced levels. Handwriting Renovation Customized instruction for middle and high school students who wish to write more quickly and legibly with less fatigue. Using a multi-sensory approach this program teaches children how to modify the way they write to reduce hand fatigue, and increase the speed and legibility of the written work they produce. Particular attention is given to MCAS and SAT preparation. Social Skills Groups: Weekly small group program for children struggling to make friends, identify emotions, initiate and maintain conversations, identify stress triggers, and use effective coping strategies.
